The Key of Great Converts Being Great Conversationalists

A good listener is not as good of a compliment as a great articulate speaker or a good leader. You have to care, you have to want to know more about them in order to be willing to dig deeper and really listen. I think we are evolving a little bit the american culture where we are starting to value listening more. And it's going to get even better in the next ten, 15, 20 years. But still in no dominant in our culture is speaking over listening.
