Part two of the quomo brother saga, or guy, poor guy omo. Always living in the shadow of his more important sibling, andrew. As much as he hates being compared to fredo corleoni, that's a slur. Also, just when i read a vague line from the frado corleoni wikipedia page, just saying, in the films, frado's feelings of personal inadequacy and his inability to act effectively on his own behalf. Ok, keep that in mind.
