The main risk actually to be very frank we didn't really have too much of a risk that we have seen over the last few years. The business in some sense has grown pretty much to where we were and where we wanted. VCs hates backing companies that are except heavy right so if you know if you sit a lot of cash if you buy a lot of inventory and stuff like that that is something that they feel at least from a VC standpoint that there will be something that's frowned upon, he says.
