"As a GC team they've played this very well today one of the factors when teams in the peloton decide whether or not they want to bring back a break on a mountain stage or let it go. One of the factors is whether the climb is going to be really really crowded with people now we know that the road is narrow here but it's clear of people," says Froome. "There's an element of that I think also an element of they don't need to bring back every single break every single day you know and just controlling it", he adds.
