i didn't think, i ever had any illusions about about this country. And not because i thought this country was uno perfect or american exceptions r any that. No, i thought i had a pretty good understanding of what a lot of this country is actually like. I basically made the same mistake that the compassionate conservatives made. It turned out they were wrong and i was wrong for thinking they were right. What donald trump proved was that they want to hear, oh, a gay person is a gruomer, that country's a shid hole. That's what they want to tell. And it's working. The problems in this country are so deep.
