The way I like to think about this and equate it is with the idea of plastics because that's been in the news a lot lately too. A few major brands are now trying to have reusable products come out that are not plastics, they're metals. The same idea goes to this idea of hyper personalization and how you're tracked with all your data. It's getting to the point where people are saying, wait, hold on a minute, you know too much.
