Is There a Difference in Sentence Architecture?
I was thinking whether there might be a contrast with the generative approach of assuming that sentences which differ a great deal in their surface structure are actually fundamentally er, have fundamental identity. Yes, yes, am i do think that a sentence architecture is exploited by people who want to control how a sentence is understood. And so they will begin right with, often with some modification, which sets up an interpretive framework for the rest of the sentence. There's no no question about that, as far as a generative linguistics is concerned.
