I worked for the big three, so there were times where we had to pinch quite a bit. My horse training business paid for my life style, but i wasn't able to put anything away. I'm had no clue about renting, no clue that there was even property managers that could handle everything for you. We lived with cash for forever, gush, probably until 28 ten. So we went seven years just if we didn't have the cash, we didn't buy it. An we did start building from there with a prepaid credit card. And has almost all of your rentals been financed with cash out refinances? Or have you saved in a substantial way over the last five years
