The Importation Ban on Nicotine Vapes
Right now, at the border, if your product doesn't contain nicotine, it can legally be imported and sold everywhere. That's what's made it absolutely unenforceable. So this importation ban, big tick for me, I think that's going to help cut off the supply. And then working with the state and territories to say, you know what, all these vape shots that have popped up in our neighborhoods that are illegally selling nicotine-containing vapes in broad daylight to children. You've got to get all those shops out of our neighborhoods and make sure that vapes are only available at pharmacies. Those two things combined are going to make a huge difference.
