She was a great stateswoman, and she helped make things happen quietly. The constitutional monarchy obviously has limits on that. But she was fearless and pushed certain things that she really felt the country and the world needed. What springs to mind? I think you can go back to south africa particularly,. There was a very seriousdialogue between her and the prime minister at the time. And i think in other ways, PM would tell you she quietly gave you a sense of direction without abusing that process.
