The Importance of Interface Design in UX

It's going to be a long time before we move away from the mobile tablet desktop mental model when you think that the end use themselves are living with that mental model and they really don't care, it's their mobile. We can't stick to that mental model rigidly, we've got to be more fluid. One of the challenges that I'm with actually presenting in that way to the client for me is that people think of UX as engaging interfaces. And really what you want people to do is get from A to B without any obstacles and interface itself can be an obstacle.
