Philippines declares energy emergency

Iran rejects President Trump/s 15 point plan to end the war and issues their own list of stipulations, including control over the Strait of Hormuz. With the Iranian Foreign Minister speaking on state television, denying any negotiations with President Trump took place or ever will.

As gas prices continue to rise in the United States, other countries, like the Philippines are feeling the pinch, saying the war poses an "imminent threat" to their energy supply. Other parts of Asia are also warning their people to conserve energy to preserve long-term stability.
