Some of the Best of the 20th Century

i'm going to try and stick with ones that are either really famous or just super fun examples. So i may very well skip over some of your favorites. But they're still quite a few. For example, george orwell's 19 84 is a phenomenal novel. It describes the world as being governed by giant totalitarian authorities who essentially have divied up the world. We haven't quite reached the level of distopia described in the book, but you can make a decent argument that a lot of the elements that were o'erwell described have kind of crept into our actual world to day.
