230 Is Not Legislative, Is It?

I was hardened by the fact that the justices seem to be taking this question really seriously. There's kind of an irony in how there's all this pressure on 230 because, as you say, these huge companies have taken such a central role in public discourse. And so you end up in this weird situation where if you tweak 230, you could end up cementing the same kind of monopolization and power over public discourse that led you to tweak it in the first place.
