I'd Rather Be in a Shopping Mall, or a Mall?

I wanted to talk a little bit about ar this notion of consciousness and connectedness. It doesn't actually personally interest me all that much, because i had a rather sceptical view of things. What interested me the most about that book was the thesis that you brought in at the very end of it. The idea that perhaps things are more teleological than we might be led to believe. And maybe what's really going on is that our universe, or our world, or whatever word you want to describe it, is actually motivated,. through whatever force, to produce as much consciousness as is possible.
