Judge Eileen Cannon's Corruption Is Matched by Her Stupidity
Special counsel Jack Smith's motion filed just before we went live is simply requesting that January 2024 trial date. Trump's lawyers will obviously make a counter request where they will probably ask for some date in 2025 or some indefinite time period after the November 2024 election. Judge Tanya S. Chutkin still would have to approve this but I feel like she will probably approve either a January or sometime before the May trial date.
