The Feminization of War in Europe

Estonia too is a libertarian paradise, right? Right. Estonia adopted very early on from the beginning of independence of this sort of like techno-libertarian Silicon Valley of Europe sort of ideology. And they had all these government services available online and they have e-voting, which is extremely controversial. This most recent vote, I think that was the first time in Estonia in history that they, a majority of people cast our vote online. You know, Macron has seen this sort of unreliable. There's a real feminization of war in Europe. It's very interesting to watch.
