How to Outsource and Delegate
In my opinion, a startup should only try to go after three, maybe four verticals total. The key is to get to the use cases for those verticals and find out what pains are being solved rather than whether they're different. And then the CEO has to do the exact same thing they did back with the first vertical. Go and start talking to new customers.
