The Hacking of the Register of Voters in the UK

UK electoral commissioners reveal hackers were able to access the Register of Voters for 15 months without being detected. Italy's government says that it's windfall tax on bank profits will be limited to 0.1%. Consumer and producer prices, both declining in July with CPI falling by 0.3% from a year earlier. Morgan Stanley's chief China economist Robin Jing says the data will increase calls for stimulus from Beijing.
