Russia and Ukraine - What's the End Game?

Russia has burned up a lot of its best stuff western sanctions, including the sanctions on micro chips. The things it needs to rebuild the tanks and the weapons that it's kind of throwing into the maw of this war are going to be hard to reproduce. Putten himself has been quite reluctant to fully mobilize the russian population. That would be a very risky political bet domestically. I'm really curious where this goes from here.
