Whistleblower francis hogan says Apple's data tracking policy is a good one, but only if everybody behaves and everyone follows it. The financial times reports that companies like facebook and snap and twitter and utube lost nearly ten billion dollars last year due to this policy. Snap was hit particularly hard, which is not a big surprise, because snap does not exist outside of the mobile experience.
