Irish Reads's Re-Election of the Chairman and Chief Executive
Irish Reads must pay 85% of their profits in dividends, the shareholders. That kind of limits their ability to build up a store of cash and it requires them to rely more on debt for growth. The government is also looking at the tax structure and other elements of the Irish Reads sector. So that would make investors looking in at the market - particularly overseas investors who see the Irish property market as being a noisy market.
