I'm in a Position Where I'd Like to Propose How to Move the Industry

I like to think that i can propose how it can move in a way that is beneficial to itself and to its clients. Because other organizations are doing this. We just don't happen to see what exactly they're doing. I want my team to be part of the solution and ot part of the problem, whether the te organization decides to adopt our practices. That thats up to wit. But i don't want my on repectory and my standing to loose because of behavior o inertia and a close fidality to accept ahme like that us. It really is an exedential crisis. The industry needs to move. It just doesn't know how toano.
