Is It Possible to Eliminate Elites?

You have identified a power dynamic that is different than the way power operated prior to this. What do you call the ruling class of the globe? I've tried to eliminate elites my vocabulary is that actually places them on the pedestal that i think they like to see themselves. So i try to say alitists, a hhem, which perhaps frames it a little bit better. The long story short, i think it's a bit too limiting to say we can identify it.
