Joe Biden Should Call Xi Jinping

Biden should call Xi Jinping and say no more floating balloons and spying on us. China imported to the U.S. a trillion dollars more than we exported to them, that was the imbalance. We're always asking acquiescing but until they come clean on the balloon, should we be even meeting with them period?
