An RPA is a piece of software that can mimic the desktop work that typical white collar workers are doing all day long. Daniel: It's basically changing, I guess, the nature of that typical whitecollar work in that you've got an option now where robotics can do that work for them. And then that can empower that worker to do the higher value tasks that requires some proper brain power that robots can't yet do.
