Is China the Enemy?
I think there's almost no opposition or protest in China simply because, as I said, the state's very effective in controlling the narrative. That may be one insight into how this particular autocracy, this one party Leninist state, referred to other autocracies. And if we know China well, if we understand what its essence is, we can then better compete with it.
