When i joined ocdo, their whole model for ito market was hiring salespeople. You know, hyper specialization was really popular. And to day, i would be very much marketing before sales guy. So i would look to see, as leeds grew over time, what kind of aes could i place in based on that capacity. In over the course of five years, we went from 100 % self supported model, where we were finding our own deals, to very heavy inbound and strategic partner.
