BEC Emails Are Still So Successful, Right?

A BEC attack is nothing more than pure text. It's just someone impersonating a trusted individual trying to get them to do something or send some money that they wouldn't otherwise do. The employees that have the highest red percentage rates, so the ones that are going to be actually opening the BEC emails, are also the most targeted.
