What Is the Hexaflex?
The hexaflex is a form of therapy developed by Steve Hayes, Ross Harris and the people who do acceptance and human therapy or ACT for short. It looks at various processes starting with ideals. And then your ability to set in the tane goals. And then how free you are of self-concepts. How present you are to the here and now. So basically looking at these areas, I came up with about three questions or four questions or five each. But what's unique about the inventory is that every single statement is positive. That puts in a person's mind 24 images of themselves thriving.
