Say No to a Lot of Stuff

A lot of the reasons that we feel like we're not getting a lot done is because we're saying yes to too many things. Rather than do six or seven days of work, try and cram what you can into five or 14 hours a day on productive stuff. In a better given day, i had to add a day of work per week instead of trying to cram it in all at once. Stop asking too much of yourself; stop expecting too much out of yourself.
