How to Diffuse From Your Thoughts

When it came to fear, what I loved is that you were talking about not giving your thoughts too much airtime. The negative thoughts is kind of not let it cause what happens with me and we're not going to get into a therapy session for me. There's a really lovely therapy called acceptance and commitment therapy. And in that therapy, they teach a skill with what they call diffusing from your thoughts. So it's really just getting some distance from thoughts.
