Understanding Instincts Is So Important
I think it can change somewhat but not completely I think in my experience these are deeply rooted tendencies you know this is the survival brain. The whole goal is to become more aware and be able to moderate the ways that are instinctual impulses and our subtype behaviors just kind of become very automatic and reactive right so I do think we can balance them out somehow but I don't often see people changing completely from one subtype to another.
