Is It a Bear Market Rally?

Patrick Cronin: I'm going to call it the consolidation rally. It's neither a bear market rally nor a run of a kind of explosion of a new bull market. This is just a rally within a consolidation that we're going to have for the next, I don't know, five, 10 years you pick it,. Cronin: They're going to get everyone excited and then they're going to fail. No one's going to be happy. But in the meantime, until we get more bulls, I think it just keeps going; I think it surprises.
