How to Be an Investor Driven Advocate or Buyers Agent

Is there sort of a sweet spot of the minimum number of areas that you would cover? Like, ideally, how many would you be covering at any one time to make sure an investor is getting a diverse spread of choice where they could put their money. We look at and say, right, if we've got a million dollar client, where are the best three locations in Australia to put them right now? It's marrying up the clients brief and what we think their strategy should be with a number of locations and then short listing it from there. So understanding the risk profile of the individual long before we start their strategies is really key.
