How to Financing Your First Townhouse

CNN's John Sutter talks about his real estate portfolio. He says he started in Florida and then moved to Colorado, where the market is more competitive. The first townhouse was financed with home equity and a line of credit; now they have four properties there. They also had two condos up in Michigan that they've since sold.
