The First Federal Indictment in the Southern District of Florida
The first federal indictment in New York was under state law. Now we have a federal indictment that came down just a few weeks ago in the Southern District of Florida led by special counsel Jack Smith. The government has submitted a sort of a sentence, a schedule for what it would like to see the trial proceed and it's an aggressive schedule that would lead to a trial in December. Because of the 31 that involve classified document we're operating under the classified Information Procedures Act which is a pretty complex procedure.
