So thereare these federal grants for charter schools, which are public schools, by the way, but they don't have to subscribe to all the union edicts that ben destroying public schools and our culture for decades. The administration nowbidin wants evidence of over enrolment of existing public schools as well as proof that the new charter does not exceed the number of public schools needed to accommodate the demand in the community.
