Femoral Head Fracture - A Review
We'll go over heterotopic ossification, avascular necrosis, sciatic nerve neuroproxia, degenerative joint disease, and decreased internal rotation. In terms of pros and cons, arthroplasty allows immediate post-operative mobilization and weight-bearing. A hemi-arthroplasty can be utilized if there is no acetabular fracture present.
