They'd ideally or normally in a scenario like this, you would see them announce with the deal also third party agreements where like they would say, okay, we're also going to divest these stores to these people. And so they didn't go through that whole process. This is kind of a backstop that says if we're not able to find buyers for these stores and we'll put them into the spinCo.Costello: So what do they call it? No name supermarkets?
