Do You Have Tolerance or Understanding When You Are Working With Someone?

Part of the code of professional conduct in nursing is to be non judge mental at all times. When i was, when i was nursing, that was my kind of wal book. As human beings, you can't always be non judgmental. And so my achines here was always if somebody had hurt a child,. Particularly then, i found that really difficult. But it's going back to that belief system that enables me to understand that everybodyis deserving of compassion.
