Exercise state diet both acutely and long-term sleep all these things kind of are signals that interact with a cell. Diet will bring in macronutrients it'll bring in different sugar levels fat levels and all this can work together to help different proteins function better or worse. So if you're incredibly fatigued and you go exercise you might have less available energy in your muscle and you might hit your ceiling earlier.
