Messi's World Cup - The Journey, Not the Destination
I was so nervous for Messi every time he stepped up, actually. He's taken a lot of scents and he's put them all away. So referees have read about that. The referees have found the footballer. I think what we really saw with Messi is... I think it is the journey, not the destination sometimes. If he didn't win this World Cup, if he didn't even come close to win in this World Cup,. he's still very much in the conversation for the greatest player of all time. This one tournament doesn't make any difference. It felt like he really enjoyed playing in the World Cup semi-final and he really enjoyedPlaying in theWorld Cup final.
