I think the job change is a little stickier or harder to change. A lot of the clients I work with are not academics. So they're like, oh, yeah, somebody offered me $15 more. And because there's always that kind of mentality, academics don't really think about money as much as they should. Even though you might have tenure, even though life seems okay, can you make a situation better if you were to go somewhere else? You'll never get as much money as you can do when you go on the job market again and again.
