Co-Housing
One project that I was really excited about and a whole movement I'm excited about is co housing. A group of people come together, if people aren't familiar with co housing, it can be done in different ways. And they put in place a plan to build a new residential project which can be lots of different scales. Some of the projects that I've seen are quite small but one example I wanted to talk about is Marmalade Lane in Cambridge and in the UK. This has 42 houses and then shared gardens and communal spaces. The space and the vibe of the place when you get there is just really calming and very inviting.
