It reminds me of how I would write on moving boxes. The handwriting is kind of big and scrolling. It's like all caps, kind of rushed kitchen stuff. If the note does have meaning, it's definitely from someone who's angry at faith. Even after she's dead, if the killer is still mad, they could scroll this angry note as one more way to just, like, have the last word.
