Do You Have One Time Clients?
The first clients that come in, theyre going to be the one time clients from the beginning. So when i created my membership, i sort of ran the numbers to figure how many clients i could take on as members. I have it set up so that it's about 70, 30, where 70 % of my business now is membership based and then i've got 30% available for new clients.
