Do You Need a House?
A home is supposed to be a use ascet and supose tob the place where we lay our head down at night. A lot of folks right now are sane, man, i just don't want to buy into this housing market. If you overpay for your house, but you plan a living there for seven, eight, nine, ten, 12, 15 years, odds are time woll correct. The longer your time horizing, the more grace you get and how bad the decision can be.
