The FBI's 1023 Document

The FBI took down their account, this guy's account, of what he said was the wrongful action the FBI was taking. It could be Jason Chaffetz. This happened. The FBI has had this thing for years, has done nothing. We found out they handed it off to Delaware, the US Attorney in Delaware and we can't see anything happening. Well, I think the part of the story that not enough people are talking about is why do we even know that this 1023 document exists?"
