A lot of them are obviously very happy about the winning trades but they're also quite marked and they've learned a lot from their losing trades. Lee Ainsley talks about one particular losing trade where he had like a great investment thesis his analysis was correct but it turned out that the management that were supposed to deliver on those great promises for that particular company was not capable of doing it. Janus talks about a short position he had that kept moving against him for a variety of reasons fortunately for him he has a position limit so you as the as the short position moves against him it gets bigger.
